 All users must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

 Bookings can be made via our website, phone call or WhatsApp.

 Full fare estimates will be provided at the time of booking.

All rides must be paid for via accepted payment methods (cash, card, or mobile payments).

Prices may vary depending on distance, time, and demand.

Cancellations made more than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

We may use other passengers service provider to complete your booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Riders must behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Supreme Rides reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

Supreme Rides is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Please check your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
